Travel Bug

Finally giving in again. Three weeks from now I'm flying to Vegas to see my cousin get married (and see one of my old friends). One day of vacation. The next weekend, I'm flying to Toronto, just to visit with Tom (though since his work isn't as strict, he's flying out a day earlier and flying back a day later, but on the same exact flights). Then a couple of weeks after that, I'm going to Lilies (not far distance, but far in time, hanging out with high school friends).

Love the Serenity trailer. Yeah. One of the few movies I'm really looking forward to. I finally wore the gold skirt I made, and the one shirt I have that goes with it, which is a funky green mandarin style. Very Firefly styling.

Gave blood on Thursday, and did just fine. Was a bit light headed right afterwards, but not bad. And filled my bag quick, in five minutes. Like voting, one of my civic duties.

Travel.. travel. I love flying! I'm so jealous when I get calls from flight attendents. I want to travel for my job. Except I'm not that good at being friendly, and I get sort of airsick.

Flying is great. My two favorite flights have been flying through the Andes Mts. at tree-line and weaving between thunderstorms at night. I had a great time on both flights, but most of the other passengers were a bit freaked out. Hopefully my flight in a couple weeks will have something fun.

one of the best things about my getting back to the states is being able to catch "serenity" when it comes out.
