More Updates

Biked over to the realty office yesterday afternoon (Prof said I could skip), and initialed the counter offer (with one small change). Got news this morning that he accepted our change, and inspections are underway. One of the changes in the counter offer was a shorter time for inspections, so we're hurrying. Of course, the inspectors are busy. Septic will be soon, and mechanical on Monday. Ack!
