Are You Guys Sure About This?

So it got signed. For the last several years, I've been making fun Kansas and our local crazies (Phelps, School Board, Brownback), and saying that South Dakota is rural, but not as conservative as outsiders think. But we are. Kansas managed to sign a sensible bit of legislation.

I want to rant long about the fuckupedness with US and planned parenthood (BC, morning after pills, tubals, abortions, fertility treatments,), but I woke up at 5 to write a bibliography (because I had to go biking yesterday, the weather was just right), so I'll leave you with a comic.
