Yesterday morning, I saw a nummy looking curry recipe on livejournal. I was restless today, and decided to make it. I had everything except fresh ginger and an apple. So after a bit of shopping, I started cooking. Pictures up soon. Jorge's comment was - *cough* that looks like something Tom would cook *cough*. Giggle.
