Well, yesterday was a horrid day. My presentation went crappy, which about a third of my grade in Regional Tectonics, and makes me feel like I made an idiot of myself. Just didn't stretch it out long enough (by about a third). Moving on. I didn't do my best on the hydro test. I'm assuming about an 80%. Just didn't have the terms down well enough. At least my homework grades are perfect. But I did kick butt on my stats test, I think. There was only one problem I wasn't sure of. But considering how I've been doing with the homeworks, that is great. Yeah!

Today is my sleep in day, then. I should do stuff, but I really just kinda want to curl up and do some house stuff. My room's a mess, and I've got my stuff scattered all around downstairs. The rain is going to stop my truck cleaning efforts, and require some later ones (The water that leaks in during rain caused a lot of mildew, and enough is still left over that I feel ill when I ride in it). Also, doubt I'll be camping tonight, like I planned.

This story made me happy. I've been following the dispatches, and I had mentally gotten hung up on his leaving the cat. I understood why, but... And reading other articles, I think people are more important than animals, and should have priority. On the other hand, the middle class people who are fleeing in their own cars, with their own money, should ethically not leave behind their animals. But the cat was saved.

Nailz and I could tell you a story about leaking vehicles. My old Chevy Cavalier used to get a deep puddle on the passenger side whenever it rained. It got very stinky in the end. At first, I had tried to get it fixed numerous times, several different ways, but nothing worked. In the end, my dad suggested drilling little holes in the floor so the water would drain out.
