A Bit Much Cilantro

affrecaI think I put to much cilantro in my corn soup, I keep finding largish chunks that I can't chew through. Other than that, I consider it a success. I froze most of it for my work lunches, and will freeze the split pea soup as soon as there is room in the freezer. I think it is time for a batch of cookies.
