Backpacking mango sticky rice

1 cup instant jasmine rice / 1/3 cup
1/4 cup coconut milk powder / 4/3 tbsp
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes / 2 tsp
3 Tbsp. cane sugar / 1 tbsp
3 oz. dried mango / 1 oz

Test two - no added sugar as both coconut and dried mango are already sweetened. Also, held off on coconut and mango until 7 minutes after boiling water added. Also, only 1 tbsp of coconut milk powder.

Needs some sugar, dried mango still chewy. Also, recommend added a bit more coconut milk powder and maybe some salt.

I think this is it. Add 1/3 boiling water with first ingredients, stir and cover for 5 minutes. Add last two ingredients and cover for 2 minutes, eat. I think this is it. Still may add sesame seeds.
