Not Going North

In the end, it wasn't one thing, but the nephew with the flu was the final complication that made me decide not to make the trek north to see family. The winter weather scheduled for Saturday, the day I planned on driving home played a part, as does the increase in covid due to omicron. I had figured out with tracking, K could pick up my phone if it was delivered while I was away. It isn't that I'm avoiding family...

I am ten rows from finishing giant shawl. Well, and an icord bind off of all of the live stitches. And then... who knows.

Office hasn't cancelled the plans to bring us back to office next week (for one day a week).
