Notes to self - was pretty good despite using the use by date on the frozen pie crust being July 2010. (Ummm... stuff gets down to the depths of the pantry freezer). I don't have red wine vinegar, so mixed up balsamic glaze, white vinegar and red wine. I was sparing with brushing it on, but I think it added a good flavor so should add more next time.
