Fibruary Day 4

affrecaWhile I worked, it was working from home so I could go to a dental appointment halfway through. I feel very spoiled to be able to do that. That's at least an 1.5 I wasn't in a car. I mean, I can knit during my commute, but nothing else.
Apparently my spinning class was weighing on my mind, and I decided to use my Jacob fleece for that instead of the Rambouillet. My my washed Jacob I spun up the samples I need for the breed study (which means I have all ten of the breeds I need done). I started carded rolags of the brown for my small project. This weekend I'll roll out one of the unwashed Jacob fleeces for the portion study and grab some for the washing study. Maybe even wash those bits. If I keep on it, I might make the deadline.
I knit up the combo draft blend sample. It has an interesting texture, and I'm not sure if I want spin the rest that way or make a project with the three yarns. I don't need another shawl....
