Slow Mongolian Beef
Apr. 26th, 2015 08:37 am2.5 lb bottom roast (partially thawed)
1 c soy sauce
1 c bulgogi sauce
1/3 c brown sugar
1/2 water
2 onions (finely sliced)
1 carrot (finely sliced)
Cut roast into 1/2 slices, brown. Add all to slow cooker, turn cooker onto low for 8 hours. Serve with rice.
