Manga and Anime to Discuss

So apparently the theme on panels I was willing to volunteer for these year's Wiscon is anime. One of them is what I've been reading/watching since last year. It's been a year since I've been to an anime con. Anybody got some recent favorites to suggest? (Besides Princess Jellyfish)

I think you've read or seen everything I read, but there's Ooku, Spice & Wolf (you can borrow the manga if you want; I have all six translated volumes). Solanin is something I've been meaning to read more of. Bakuman was interesting until the Epic Gender Fail (girl as prize)

I watch spice and wolf. Summer Wars. Sacred Blacksmith is hella confusing if you want something to talk about. It's like Alanna but with panty shots D:
