The Coffee Maker is Dead, Long Live the Coffee Maker

Last week, Lawnchair decided that the old coffee maker was dying. As it was a ten year old Mr. Coffee with a soldered together cord (electric cords and gas stoves don't mix), I figured it was time to let it go and buy a new one. Lawnchair picked a stove top one based on research, but I vetoed as I wanted steamed milk. Eventually he found one that met my additional requirements, and ordered from Amazon (as we went for Prime this year).

So, I really don't need to get used to that. But I love the mellow buzz I get from a latte. Hopefully I have enough self control to not have a second one tonight, else I will be annoying Lawnchair at midnight for amusement.
