Just over half way done weaving the fabric for my hood. It's going better with the tapestry beater - haven't broken any warp threads in several feet. I want to finish the weaving today as I want to weave the trim on the same loom as I need more trim than fits on the inkle loom. I suppose I could to learn to cardweave without a loom to hold tension, but it isn't me. And I need to have the loom strung up, since I will be spending most of next weekend at the artwalk, and I can weave there, but not warp the loom.

I'm still fighting my serger. I thought I got it working, but the needle thread keeps breaking. I suppose I will pay to have it fixed. I got one scarf hemmed, so I will try to dye it this weekend and have it ready to sell.

Lawnchair is playing around with making a frame for his fresnell lens and making more gooseberry jam.

Like this one, except a different brand. Using it instead of the beater bar.
