Steampunk Gets Into Everything

Avatar: The Last Airbender sequel coming: The Legend of Korra. Steampunk, a female avatar, and an anti-bender revolt. I'm hoping it has some heroic old women, keeps the Asian touches and is as well thought out as the original series (I'm working on the belief of "movie, what movie?").

I read this at lunch and perhaps "WOOHOO'd" a little too loudly in my cube. I am a total geek for Avatar so am looking forward to anything related. I will miss Zuko though.
A steampunk version is making me froth at the mouth.

But the first one had steampunk elements in it as well, pretty much all of the fire nation stuff. Giant machinery!

I hope that all those little warning bells in the back of my mind are completely and utterly baseless. I really want this to be awesome, but I've seen too many bad sequels over the years.

Still, it's good news and I can't wait to watch it.
