I'm not tying this to anything. Yeah, there's been a rash of the LJW reporting about stabbings, but I don't expect much out of them. I'm pointing this out because this is very unusual/random and I have strong memories of the place (in addition to being a nice bike ride out to the lake, it is where GEOL 103 labs take their first field trip. I know the rock formations by memory now).
It isn't going to make me stop biking on the trail, or even want to carry.
Sorry, I misinterpreted your short post as one of horror and budding paranoia. I didn't realize your comment was one of impassive observation, I'm too used to people flying into a panic.
