Went out for dinner with Lawnchair's coworkers and spouses. Nice to meet some of them and see how much they appreciate what he does. Plan for tomorrow is to hit the library book sale.

1) Food Revolution - Fail It turns out that it is hard to improve school lunches. I disagree with some of the article, but I'm kinda pleased to see that the reality TV doesn't fix things.

2) Kerguelen - I love obscure islands.

3) Screwing our veterans - makes me see red. Grandpa was a VA lawyer. From what I understand, his job was to advocate for veterans to get treatments they needed. I'm glad he doesn't have to see this.

4) Is there a doctor in the house? - Gubernatorial debate interrupted by candidate giving first aid. Also, the last bit about the name of the debate is bittersweet.
