Celebrating Spring
Apr. 4th, 2010 01:33 pmI made a tasty lunch of chicken legs marinated in leftover dipping sauces (peanut from spring rolls and pepper from fried tofu). Turned out quite tasty. Now if I could just find a peanut sauce at the grocery store (as opposed to the Chinese restaurant) that I liked.
In other news, Lawnchair is making another whole in my house. It isn't accidental, but necessary for installation of the whole house fans that should arrive next week. See, we don't have access to the attic over the two story half of the house. So that's what he's doing now, and making a giant pile of insulation below it.
I think I'm going to take my spinning wheel to the back yard.
