If it's just squeaking but still running, oiling may take care of it. Just find some machine oil at any sewing shop and put a bare drop on any moving mechanical part. Use a can of compressed air to blow out all the lint first (or better yet, air from a compressor if you have one).
It's a good idea to take your machine in for a delint and oil up once in awhile, I can recommend both Lawrence Sewing and Vacuum or the place at 23rd and Louisiana in the same strip mall as Westlake Hardware. The second place probably has a faster turnaround time, prices are likely to be the same.
I called what looks to be a new place in town, a Sewing Machine Thing. Sounds like he's working out of his house, and does either pick up or in house. Same price range as the other places so I picked the in home option so I can hopefully learn something (and have faster turn around time). Will post review when I see how well he does.
