Reason #643 I love lawnchair: He takes me to Target when my tipsy brain decides it needs another folder for my DVDs. Mission accomplished.

Mission creep was plain babydoll t-shirts. I've become less fond of normal shaped t-shirts. They just don't fit. But I'm feeling weirdly modest at random times this summer, and feel exposed in my tank tops.

And they had several different colors in XS on the clearance (30% off) rack.

So the question is: What type of person finds a clothing item they like, and buys multiple, each in a different color? Do you associate it with women, or men? Or is it a nerd/geek thing to do (efficient is priority)?

I think I own one of those Target babydoll shirts in every color, myself. Whenever the seasons change and they roll out a new set, I snap them up.

Umm. I have no good response to this question, as it seems like incredibly logical behaviour to me.

Is it hard for you to find your size on sale? I know some very large women who buy multiple whenever they find what they like in their size. I was wondering if it was a response being on the edges of the normal curve of size. DJP

Heck, if they're on clearance and they Really Fit, I'll snap up pretty much whatever the store has left, given that I have the funds. I hate clothes shopping, so when I find something that actually fits my frame (especially pants!) I'm likely to buy a lot at once.

I do that quite frequently, but only if there is a sale. If I find something that fits well, but they are full price, I will pick one and stick with that. I don't like clothes shopping, so the less time, effort and money put into it, the better. XD
