I'm not exactly doing well with my work project, and figured out that I have another one coming down the pipeline. But I got a lot of spindling and cowl knitting done during my four hours of training (1.5 hour of sexual harassment training and 2.5 hours of bioremediation training).
I'm still on my scone kick. I asked for flavor suggestions on FB, and got a number of good ideas. Tomorrow's scones (dough is chilling in the freezer overnight) are strawberry, mango and blueberry, because that's the random fruit mixture in the freezer. My pleas for raspberries are denied as apparently our grocery hasn't had any in stock in for over a month. When I used the last stick in the upstairs freezer, I worried that I had run out. Since the pandemic, Lawnchair has been the primary grocery shopper. I know that he's been filling up the pantry (not large buys, just always more than we go through), but apparently we have another six pounds of butter in the basement freezer. I can make all the scones my little heart desires. Just not raspberry.
