Quick Quiche

1/2 onion
garlic

Saute garlic and onion. Grease up a pie pan/tart pan. Place in pie pan.

quiche fillings (ham, spinach, olives, mushrooms or whatever)
.75 cup shredded cheese

Place filling and cheese in the pie pan.


3 eggs
1.5 cup milk
.75 cup bisquick or other biscuit mix

Mix up eggs, milk and biscuit mix (either by hand or in blender). Pour into pie pan. Heat oven to 400F, cook quiche for 30 minutes.

.25 cup shredded cheese

Remove quiche from oven, pour more cheese on top. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
