2 c walnuts
3/4 c sugar
1/4 water
Pour into a glass bowl and mix until walnuts are evenly coated. Microwave for approx 8 minutes, or until sugar starts to caramelize (but before the nuts burn), mixing every few minutes. Pour onto greased cookie sheet to cool. Store in airtight container. Serve in salad with fruit.
