Beatiful Weather

I am proud of myself. This morning I biked for about 11 miles, out to work and back to see how long it takes. About 35 minutes. So, I can't really bike back from work until sunset is after 6:45. Drattedness. I figure about sometime in late March or April. And probably will be warm enough most days for it. Can't be soon enough, as gas prices start going up again. The only other thing is Tom and I need to get to the nicer bike store in town when they are open to ask advice of how to change my posture. At about 5 miles in my back starts hurting, right between my shoulder blades. Quite annoying.

So now I am sewing a skirt (gold gauze wrap around) and watching "The Bible in Hollywood" which mostly seems to be about the Ten Commandments. Well timed, with the tablets debated by the Supreme Court (which were put up when Cecil B. DeMille convinced the Fraternal Order of Eagles that they should, which is why they look just like the ones in the movie). With ads for the Bible on DVD. Umm, OK.

Just trying to get everything done before I have to work next week.

Finished my skirt. I'm quite proud, it is one of my best done projects yet. It fits, it looks nice and I finally found a top that goes with it (and finally found a bottom that goes with this silly shirt that I bought in a Christmas grab bag at the hippie store in Landmark Tower in Yokohama). Now I just need a reason to wear it. Perhaps work? Do I clean or try this Kahlua Cheesecake recipe (found a pie crust for $0.39 so what do I do, decide I'm making cheesecake).
