Still sick. Went out yesterday to pick up antibiotics (figure they can't hurt) and groceries. lawnchair is also still sick, though he drags himself to work. I'm out of kleenex.
You are preaching to the choir here. I always finish antibiotics that I start. I am reluctant to use them. However, I have been sick for several weeks. It definitely started out as a cold, and progressed normally as such. I felt almost healthy last Monday, and woke up Tuesday with sinus pressure. I waited a couple of days, then went to Watkins. I probably have an opportunistic sinus infection, which could be viral or could be bacterial. My body is not kicking this on its own, so I filled the prescription. Antibiotics won't help if it is viral. But I cannot stand to be on sudafed much longer, or I shall forget how to think (and they'll think I'm making meth in the garage).
Sorry for the rant, but do not assume that I need such advice.
It's OK. It is just a slightly touchy subject for me. You couldn't have known that I debated with myself for days because this is the second time this year I've taken antibiotics, and I feel guilty about it.
