Accomplishment

affrecaWinter cold is a state of mind. It is 61 degrees out, yet I want to do nothing more than hunker down. Part of it might be that it hasn't been that light out. Full dark by 5:40, grey and drizzly during the day.
I tried to make more jammy pants for under my fleece kimono, but I messed up the pattern. Then the pair I bought at Target has to low of a waist.
So I made 4 pairs of fleece "socks". They're based off a pair I bought in Japan. They aren't meant for going out, just keeping feet warm on wood floors. I like them better than normal socks. It also killed some scraps that needed to die.
To seem even craftier, I'm using the food dehydrator for the second time, this time to dry orange peel. Which is fitting, since I used the dehydrated peppers for the first time, in enchiladas. I'm getting better at using up leftovers.
