Goals for this summer -

1) Bike at least once a day every day that I'm in town and it isn't raining all day (and maybe if it is raining - I have fenders on both bikes now, and appropriated the bike raincoat.)

2) Make at least one thing creative a day. It can be dinner (so more than Mac and Cheese) or another jewelry project. Or tune up another bike (thinking roadbike with minimal stuff. Marin is kitted out now with lights, fenders, a bell, rack and a tool kit under the seat. While perfect for my commute bike, it's a bit much for a road ride).

3) Clean. Bathroom looks nice now. I've let someone else shoulder to much.

4) Garden. This means watering the herbs once a day (they're in pots). Kill at least some weeds every day. Today was treelings. Contrary to my SoDakian soul to sacrifice trees, but most of the weeds in my front yard are redbuds or elms.

these are good goals, and though i have not stated them as such, they are much similar to my plans for the summer. except the gardening thing. i don't have a yard, and there is not a lot of sun in my windows, so sadly, no garden for me.

Good to see you are staying active! I wish I could say the same. I did come up with personal goals for while I am overseas, but so much is still unknown about the whole thing that it is hard to know how much time I will actually have and how motivated I will be to actually pursue them during my free time. One of my goals is to be more interactive with people's LJs and blogs, so look for more comments from me (some possibly obnoxious *grin*) in the last quarter of this year.
