affrecaVery exciting. Trying to finish up my homework at the office, and found out the problem with being in at 8. You're the one person the secretary (otherwise known as the only one who knows what is going on in the department) can find to drive the employment lady to the hospital with crippling arthritis. Thankfully another driver was found soon, because I did not have my license with me.
Went home after class and crashed. Finally got myself together enough to go to the library book sale. Not much. I picked up a couple of random paperback (see if they're any good) and the Reader's Digest Complete Guide to Sewing. Vaguely dated, but comprehensive.
Now I'm working on another batch of turkey soup, using the stock that has been in the freezer since January. Bought a couple of thighs, and off it goes. Probably won't eat much tonight, but good for next week. Edit: Umm.. remember to turn off stove when crawling off to tub. At least it was cheap meat, very cheap veggies and leftover stock.
