But a lazy one. I'd been putting off working on my thesis data, but had an ultimatum from the adviser (of what I'm not sure, but I finished getting the Bouger Gravity.. except for a couple of points). But I was braindead last night. After a great meal at La Parilla (Portabello and Red Pepper Chimchongas and this great rice milk drink I can't remember the name of), I went to bed, early. And got up at 3. Data crunched to BBC radio, and sort of studied for my GIS test. Again, I learned a new trick in Excell. Call me poweruser. Who needs fortran or matlab.

All with a terrible headache. I did get two episodes of my current crack, Veronica Mars, in and took GIS test. We'll see. I got done first, and I did fill out every question.

And I understand that we mishandled notifying them, but who does Iceland think they need defense from? I like Bjork as much as the next oddball, and I love their crazy genetics (limited, isolated population with extensive genological records - treasure trove), but I don't think that puts them in any danger.

Rant about the handling of the Moussoui case when I get enough energy.

MATLAB?? No way! Every time I told someone that my beginning programming experience was all through Matlab they had never heard of it. I feel like I've finally validated that my beginning programming class wasn't just some sick and painful delusion. Wow. It hurts much more knowing it was real. *feels sick from horrific memories of matlab*
