Blue Hair

Well, I finally dyed my hair blue. As you can tell, not the best job, some of it is still pretty brown. I've got a bit of dye left over, so I'll probably touch it up tonight. That's pretty much all I did yesterday.

Today was sewing. Not for Halloween, but for warmth. Some of you might now that I'm a bit of a nudist. I really don't like getting dressed first thing in the morning. But I have a roomate I'm not dating, so I try to cover up to be polite. So far, I've been mostly wearing one of the cheap kimonos I bought in Japan. The problem is that it is thin cotton, and the weather has turned. And I always wanted sew something with fleece. It is so fuzzy. And on sale at Hancock fabrics. So I bought two yards of grey fleece. I haven't completely finished (I doubt I will) hemming the edges, but I like how it turned out.

Cool! The creation looks shoooo warm! It looks like a fleece kimono. Am I close? I know there are all these different Japanese styles, but I can never differentiate between them. *sigh* Either way, looks great!

Nice blue hair. I am wearing my blue wig to work today.
I also like that kimono. Looks very comfy. Might have to make one for myself.
