Need Help from my Anime People

So here is my problem. I am trying to figure out my Halloween costume. I had planned on being a flower, but I really just want an excuse to dye my hair blue (or try again, last time didn't work to great). No good reason, but it is a great excuse for crazy color, and I work on a campus. And I've noticed way to little crazy hair colors. So, I figure I should be a generic anime character. I have school girl skirts, and such. Should I be generic anime character, or does anyone have a good blue haired anime character who is always in her school outfit (even after transported to a new world)? Not that my students would have a clue (the one who would dropped).
