affrecaMy current unhelpful worry subject is the lack of van pool with returning next week three days a week to the office. And my last car pool buddy has decided to stop car pooling with me "because he as to the best for his family"? Is that a huff because I talked about not trying to restart the van pool because we don't have any fucking riders? Duck, I really need to become a duck and let everything slide off my back.
So I've been cooking today, though not with my fancy new mixer. Made a batch of red lentil soup for lunches pizza dough for tomorrow dinner (my current recipe, King Arthurs Crispy Pan has you fridge the dough for 12+ hours) and a batch of tropical fruit scones for breakfasts. Laundry is in, because it was warm enough to hang on the line today. Hiked 4 miles with coworker friend and her dog. Trail was nicely frozen when we started, a muddy mess by the end as it thawed out.
I also spun a lot this weekend, mostly plying my current large project. I want to move onto the next project. I'd also like to finish knitting the ugly shawl currently on the needles so I can block it and give it away. I'm caught between the idea that the colors aren't my usual and the idea that they're just bad together.
