Vegetable Korma

Navratan Korma recipe for future reference. Tasty. I followed the recipe with the following caveats: butter for ghee, 3 cup frozen vegetable mix (corn, peas, carrots and greenbeans) and 1 cup frozen peas, cut the potato small cubes, Hungarian paprika, one jalapeno pepper for Thai bird chilis, no fenugreek leaves, and regular raisins for golden raisins. I did need to put it in the blender, the stick blender did not work for pureeing this.
