Cats Destroy Crafting Time

affrecaI'd just figured out why my sample weave wasn't looking a thing like the picture (I numbered the shafts differently between threading and tie-up), and was happily weaving along when splat. Looked up to see Bear shitting in the corner instead of his box. Through him in the box, then cleaned up. I'm proud of myself - I didn't actually throw up, just gag. Now I'm waiting for the smell to go down so I figure out where in the pattern I stopped, and sample some more.
In other news, I was good on Tuesday and called for two of my annual checkups. Dental didn't have an opening for a month and a half, but the eyedoc could get me in the next day. I ended up asking to get checked out for contacts. I don't plan on going for contacts, but I figure it would be worth having a prescription and a couple of disposables for times that I can't use glasses.
Next up is to call the doctor to see if I can get a flu shot when I get my next depo shot.
