More About that Damn Cat

affrecaToday was the first of my feeding duty, as Lawnchair had to go to work. I'm not as good at it yet. When I started, about half was not going into the cat. I think I got further with my second feeding. I took her in for a followup, as she's got a bit of upper respiratory infection. Also, I wanted to talk to the vet directly (and get a second opinion).
Good news is that she hasn't lost any weight. Vet was surprised how well she was doing (she was pretty alert for him).
They don't have a clear diagnoses for her. We could do a biopsy, but the answers would be either untreatable, unknown or to be treated by feeding her until she starts eating on her own. We can also get a feeding tube for her, but I'm oddly reluctant to try surgery while syringe feeding her is still working.
Oddly enough, glad to not be working so I can try to fight for her. I might have to cancel going to Siege. Lawnchair would be going to Winfield that weekend, and he's due a weekend and Winfield is more important to him than Siege is to me.
