Paid online last statement date. Apparently one charge from the day before hadn't cleared when I paid, so I paid to little. Try to pay August statement, and told that I'm behind. And lots of bullshit rigamorale to pay - questions why I'm behind and offers to help. For ~$30. Really. Needless to say, I called and disputed. Lead to believe that the finance charge will be credited, but first level CSR not able to make those decisions. Paid. If not credited, cutting that card. I can use my debit card in most places instead.

Argh. The biggest part is that I paid my last payment the day of my statement - so they think I didn't pay my minimum for that month. Oh, so mad.
