They accepted our offer (minus the fridge). Vaguely light headed. I really hope it goes all the way this time. The cycle of excitement/disappointment is getting a bit wearing.

Third time's the charm, right? For this house, I expect the drama shall come from having three sellers to deal with. The prior owner died in January, and the sellers are her three sons (all local, though one is currently vacationing in Jamaica).

From having been on the other side, the settling of my step-mothers estate, that may be a plus for you, since heirs are motivated to sell so they can close out the estate. Especially if there is a mortgage or other expenses coming out of the estate (decreasing its value) before it can be settled.
