The Crockpot as a Fancy Incense

kristine_smith, I decided to thaw out and cook the chicken that has been in the freezer since the middle of summer. Recipe is adapted from her post.
3.21 lb happy Amish chicken
3 carrots (cut)
1 onion (cut)
1 potato (cut)
1 tbsp jar garlic
3 bay leaves (they're getting old)
1 tsp marjoram
5 veggie stock ice cubes
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom
Plop into crockpot (I think it is a 4 qt, but is shallower and wider than the cow crockpot). Stir occasionally. Wait until done (currently at 5 hours).
