Cooking Day
Jan. 19th, 2009 02:01 pmSo my latest great idea (which will fall to the wayside in a month like all of my ideas), is to cook on Sundays for lunch for the rest of the week. Last week I cooked enchiladas (and have three left over in the freezer for quick meals), but I wasn't in the mood yesterday. So I'm cooking today (as I have MLK Jr. Day off).
Not Really Chili is finished in the crockpot (minus tweaking the spices), garlic is roasted (for snacking), and the filling is made for spinach pastry (minus mushrooms as I used the last can in the NR Chili). Might even get
lawnchair to eat lunch this week.
