Attack of the Vet

affrecaTook the kittens to the vet today. They are not happy campers. I am not sure what they hated the most, the ride or the shots. But Barry is three times larger than he was a month ago (3 lb) and Lou is a bit over twice as big (2 lb and 6 oz). Since I see them everyday, I don't notice any growth, but Tom mentioned it when he got back from Winfield.
Nothing much else. My Peterson grandparents called yesterday. I believe it is a subtle hint that they want me to visit. I have planning to, really. Then I decided to go to Canada. So I am now thinking of a trip up to the Twin Cities and Madison in early November. Check out another of my grad school possibilities and visit with various people who have known me for far to long.
I have slipped into the ebay habit. Thankfully, I rarely actually ever buy anything, but I watch random auctions and hope for a good deal. Mostly I bought books when I was college. And my first laptop, which is supposedly still in use, despite its inability to do graphics. Currently I am trying to score a good deal on an inflatable kayak or a wetsuit.
