Tea Testing
Jan. 20th, 2008 06:56 pmA couple of weeks ago I ordered a black tea sampler from Adagio Teas for no good reason. The six teas from the sampler plus the extra freebie have been sitting on the kitchen table ever since. Then I went to a tea party last night with KCCG.
One of the joys of a fully stocked kitchen is that I can declare I want to sample my teas, and have a tea kettle which whistles, a choice of tea pots (went with the blue one, not the waving kitty one), and enough strainers for two.
Yunnan Jig
It tastes like black tea.
It is a fuller flavor than most of the black tea I've drunk before. I like it.
Six more teas to try.
