Hummus (Latest Try)

1 can chickpeas
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp minced garlic from jar
2 tsp lemon juice
good shakes of paprika and chili powder

Dump in blender. Blend for several minutes. Serve with toasted pita.

I Do Not Feel as Though I was Productive

So I shall list the things I did to prove myself wrong. I sewed two fleece kimonos, one solid purple, one half solid purple, half purple with kitty faces (bought a few years ago to cover windows in winter, but we have fewer windows now). They shall keep me warm come winter (this weekend has been silly hot and humid). I also got halfway on a skirt of mauve (will post pictures when done, great material).

I made hummus and french toast. And something yesterday I can't remember right now.

I didn't clean much, but I helped buy fresh cleaning stuff. And I put away clean clothes (though I have more to put away now), and clothes from my last two trips. I pulled out my winter clothes, but haven't packed my summer clothes because lawnchair wants to use my seabag for San Fran. I did pack up my pants that don't fit, and pulled clothes I don't wear for Goodwill. And donated them.

On the way, we stopped by a garage sale, and I picked up some Mountain Hardware nylon pants to sail in this next weekend. I also picked out clothes and packed for my trip. Still have to pack books and toiletries.

I live a humble little life.
