Trucksraum

After a year, we got another parking spot. See, there are two spots behind the house, in the alley. We've had the trailer parked in one. The other was occupied by the landlord's boyfriend's Bronco. Which really looked like it would never run again. Which hasn't stopped the monthly visitors who ask to buy it (now I know how Gpa Nelson felt about Dad's Plymouth). The owner has been by a couple of times to work on it, and yesterday stopped by to tell us that he would be driving it away. I felt bad when he looked crushed at my excitement. Cause I fully expected it to outlast our tenancy (again, history with Dad). But it is gone. And my beautiful truck is now parked in back (as it is the one we rarely use, hasn't been gassed up since May). I can have guests without parking in front of the neighbors (who don't mind, we got good neighbors this time).
