Tired

Off for the rest of the week. Night was long and boring. Worst part is one of my regulars. At first his random rants were a welcome distraction, but last night I kept wondering what his point was. And some points was so random I felt uncomfortable. Talking to me about how a pair of brothers at one of the other gas stations were shot becuase they refused to sell people food.

Finished up my security packet. Thankfully had much of the information already looked up for other reasons, but I have several supervisors that they are going to have no luck getting a hold of. But I think I got a lot for them. Just have to go hand it in now. It reassures me of the number who I've known that I'm still in contact with.

Tired but not sleepy. Figure I'll sit for a while, and see if I drift off. Else I shall go bug Tom. We're heading out west this evening for his grandfather's funeral. I did get to meet Van Dobek a couple of times (during the first round of dating Tom), and he was a nice, quiet man. Thankfully Tom saw him at Christmas time.
