Made It

Finally settled into the hostel. I had a bit of a problem getting to the airport on time, and ended up on standby the whole way here. I spent the night in LA, and did end up springing for a night at a nearby hotel. Best shower ever! The place is a hostel, so about what I expected. Close to the beach, which is nice. I think that's what I'm going to do now. I'll try to post my travel observations later. One of the biggest is the amount of Japanese on the signs around here. Lots of Nihon-jin tourists.
