Train Reservations and Holiday Season

Now in Malmo. Impossible to get a reservation to Oslo, and onto Bergen until tomorrow morning, so I decided to stay here. Then read the guide book, and the hostel is 5 km away. Could not find the cheap hotel from my Rough Guide, so stayed at the next cheaper one, a Ramada. Nice. More than I should be paying, but almost done. My problem with budgets is always at the end. Got in, no bathtub. Drat. Then read the Lonely Planet, and found a cheaper hotel, a block up the road. Frickity. Learning that the LP never steers one wrong, and to ignore the RG unless it is not in the LP. Thankfully have time in my schedule, I do not have to be to Bergen until noon on Tuesday.
