Holding the Boobs

I scored a corset for $2 at Goodwill. It fits, mostly. It doesn't have much of that thrust my breasts up. In fact, it covers them quite well. Good for shy girl club wear I guess. If I ever went to clubs.

I seem to keep reading about how bras should fit, on feminist blogs and porn sites. Usually I'm only picky when it comes to sports bras (which I should replace at some time, the ones I bought just prior to OCS are getting a bit old). Otherwise I spend about $10. More of my lack of feminine wiles. Perhaps I should sew one, especially since I found a blog about bra making. Or we should all remember my bodice sewing skills and not (but I can hem pants).

I'm awful to fit for bras...I run an average 40DD and I'm only 5'3". No torso. What. So. EVER.

After reading all these sites, I expect my bra band is not small enough. I wear a 34, but that is the smallest I can find in Target. And I'm to much of a cheapskate to try a real bra shop.

Oh, I was going to ask you if you had any suggestions for hair cutting places. The heat is causing me to start my annual declarations about cutting it all off. I rarely do, but.. Just in case I want something cute that somewhat lays down.

Depends on if you want a cute-trendy-kinda edgy look, in which case I would recommend Headmasters (starts at $25). Pricey, but well worth it. Plus, they're really good with curly/textured hair. If you're just looking for a lop-it-all-off-of-me, may I recommend the Great Clips on 6th and Michigan-ish. They're not as polished, and it's only like $13, so you get, well, a $13 haircut. Where you go is contingent on where your priorities lie, I s'pose.
